Very happy with our Schuco window repair. AAG was great; prompt response, professional repair. Definitely recommend

Since Hershika left this company, this company is all over the place, managed by someone called Vijay who is a total incompetent installer. Measured for my windows and doors three times and still managed to install most of them incorrectly. The manual integrated blinds of the windows are impossible to operate as the handles are 2.5m high (see attached photo) and two dormer windows are installed incorrectly which is confirmed by Schuco. We are not able to close those windows due to installation failures. Two electric blinds they installed are not functioning. It has been 9 months they haven’t completed their works. Stay away from this incompetent company, there are many good installers around, go with skilled ones!

I cannot speak highly enough of AumAxum. We had an emergency. Our terrace door was broken, and we needed it fixed immediately. They showed up the day after we broke the door! The engineers/workers were helpful and got it fixed quickly. It now works better than before!! From the initial call to the door being fixed, everyone was professional and compassionate. I will be using them from now on!

I had a very good experience with AumAxum. I was able to discuss with them my project and they were able to match my exact specifications. They delivered the bifolding doors and the internal fire-rated glazed partition on time. The installation was very smooth and the outcome was very good. Everything went as gthey promised. Now that I have been using their prodcuts for a few months I can tell that the quality is superior.

Initially was dealing with a unkind employee but Jalpesh stepped in to resolve the issues we had and so far the service is improving.

Bharat & the install team did a great job fitting the sliding doors & rooflights. There are a lot of details to get right & everything fits. AAG supplied and installed high-quality windows at a reasonable price for my loft conversion project. They helped us with a rather complex project. The installation required special equipment due to a very narrow access to the backyard. Many suppliers refuse to install windows. AAG took responsibility and provided excellent service. Highly recommended

Overall service for replacement of a broken glass was excellent. Installers were very professional and did a great job. One couldn’t ask for more. Always received prompt response and all plans went ahead as planned

Great Team and great advice. They suggested sliding doors rather than bi-fold and they were right. My kitchen extension looks awesome without any obstruction to the view in my garden. very professional and very tolerant of my 1000 questions.

Reasonable price, good product and service, and professional installation. Even though the colour is wrong, they took responsibility to revise it meanwhile waiting longer for 3 weeks.
